Big Batch Quick Dinner Rolls - ( King Arthur Flour)

1/2 cup warm water
2 cups milk ( I heat for 2 minutes in microwave)
3 tbs butter
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs salt
2 1/2 tbs instant yeast
6 -7 cups of KING ARTHUR flour

in your mixer bowl ad the warm water, milk, butter, sugar , salt and yeast stir and wait until yeast
gets foamy.

add flour one cup at at time until the dough balls up  , feels elastic and its  tad tacky.

butter a bowl then add the balled dough flip over and then tightly wrap the bowl with plastic wrap.
let sit for about 20 minutes or until good and puffy.

flatten the dough out on a cutting board until you have a nice fat rectangle 8 x12
Cut the dough into 4 long strips then cut each strip into 6 sections , leaving 24 sections.

shape into balls and place on treated cookie sheet or baking pan ( I use a spray on oil)

let this rise 20 minutes then plop them into a 350 oven, bake for 20-25 minutes or until
lighty brown on top, take out of the over and butter tops while hot.

Cut and serve.
